Nucleoside analog which resembles Deoxycytidine and inhibits DNA synthesis and repair.
Shows anticancer and antitumor activity.
Also inhibits MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV in vitro (EC50 values are 1.2 and 4.9 µM, respectively). |
