Biological Data
Biological description
Potent MAP kinase kinase (MKK/MEK) inhibitor (IC50 = 1 nM for MKK1/MEK1). Antiviral, anti-cancer, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound. Inhibits iNOS expression by suppressing 1-κBα phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of p65 (IC50 = 10 nM). Shows neuroprotective actions.
